1. Acceptance of Terms

Ji18 reserves the right to request government-issued identification (UMID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, or other Philippine government-issued ID) at any point to verify age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account at ji18. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Ji18 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification for all real-money accounts. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued ID;
• A selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your ID document;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name) where applicable.

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC verification is approved. Ji18 processes standard KYC submissions within one (1) business day. Complex or disputed submissions may take longer.

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Ji18 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC20 and ERC20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your ji18 wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Ji18 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party payment methods are detected.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your ji18 balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully approved;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed before the bonus-derived funds are withdrawable;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.

Standard GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Ji18 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

4.3 Currency

The default currency for all transactions on ji18 is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Ji18 offers various promotional bonuses including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback, and VIP program rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered ji18 players who have completed KYC verification;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 15× to 35× the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds in wagering calculations;
• Ji18 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is detected;

6. Gameplay Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage;

• Exploiting software bugs or errors — any discovered bugs must be reported to ji18 support immediately;

• Using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting, multi-accounting for bonus exploitation, or arbitrage wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Ji18 cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigations involving suspected illegal activity. Information about accounts suspected of criminal activity will be provided to relevant authorities upon legal request.

8. Responsible Gaming

Ji18 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your ji18 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

Ji18 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be operated by a player under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any deposited funds returned to the registered payment method after deduction of any winnings generated.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Ji18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Detected or suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• PAGCOR or legal authority directive;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months — inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of PHP 100 per month after the inactivity period, deducted from any remaining balance.

Upon account closure for breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that cannot be connected to prohibited activity will be returned via the original payment method following investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ji18 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, game content, and trademarks — is the proprietary property of ji18 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ji18 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ji18 content without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, ji18's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ji18 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their ji18 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ji18 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or winnings caused by technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or third-party service outages; or losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Ji18 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or that defects will be corrected immediately. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising between a Player and ji18 shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Legal proceedings, if required, shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Ji18 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or prominent notice on the ji18 platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required immediately by law or PAGCOR directive.

Continued use of the ji18 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using ji18 and may request account closure.
